The Quattroporte is a four-door sports luxury saloon produced by Italian car manufacturer Maserati. The name translated from Italian literally means four doors. There have been six generations of this car, with the first introduced in 1963, and the current model launched in 2013.
The fifth generation of the Quattroporte was unveiled to the world at the Frankfurt Motor Show on 9 September 2003, with production starting in 2004. Exterior and interior design was done by Pininfarina. Built on an entirely new platform, it was 50 cm longer than its predecessor and sat on a 40 cm longer wheelbase.
This 2006 example of the Maserati Quattroporte AB4 S-A model is presented in Grey with Blue Leather interior. It has a 6 speed gearbox and a 4.2 litre engine with a current low mileage of 56,241 miles. The car is fitted with a large colour Sat Nav, Bose sound system and Leather Seats. Service Receipts from H R Owen, where the vehicle was maintained, show that the car underwent a clutch and flywheel replacement at 49,000 miles.
